The Man We're
Built For:

  • Developing leaders who sense there's more happening beneath the surface than his results show.

  • Men who want to be curious and grow up on the inside, not just produce on the outside.

  • Men who carry influence and know it - and want that influence to be worth following.

  • Men who want a lived, daily practice of hearing from Jesus, not a set of principles he memorized once.

  • Men who are choosing relational and spiritual impact instead of managing an image. A leader whose inner life is catching up to his outer responsibility. A difference maker who is curious before he's certain — and who leads from a place he actually occupies, not one he's performing.

  • He isn't looking for a title or a technique. He's looking for a seat that's already his, and the courage to sit down in it.

Spiritual formation.

The Table Coaching is intentionally Christian and assumes a shared desire to follow Jesus.

A significant part of our coaching process is learning to slow down, pay attention, and develop a lived practice of listening for God's voice.

Your coach may invite you to engage in practices such as prayer, Scripture reflection, silence, journaling, discernment, or other spiritual practices.

The coach's role is not to speak for God or tell you what God is saying to you.

Instead, we will create space for you to explore what you are hearing, test what you are sensing, and consider how it aligns with Scripture, the character of Jesus, wise counsel, and the fruit it produces in your life.

You remain responsible for your own discernment and decisions.

Confidentiality

What you share during coaching will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

The Table Coaching will not share the content of your coaching conversations with others without your written permission, except where disclosure may be required by law or where there is a serious concern involving safety or abuse. If you would like your coach to communicate with another person on your behalf, such as a spouse, mentor, pastor, counselor, or other professional, that communication will be discussed with you beforehand.

You have a place
at His Table.

Let's discover what it means to live from it.
